When its just an average afternoon wine, what do you remember? It's just ok not great not bad. Youre drinking it. It's 75 degrees you are sitting on the patio half sun half shade, about 4pm. There is pleasant music in the background. The people you care about are coming over. There has been nothing specific that stands out in your day, it was really pretty average. Except you never like to look at your life as average, to be average is to be bland. It's not that its bad but what does anyone remember about being bland?

Then as if by magic the flavor of the wine seems to change, the music just got better, the weather seems to be the perfect setting. What happened to your dull bland day? You stopped it. You stopped. You set down your bland wine and open up a sparkling taste of Sofia blanc to blanc. It may just be tuesday, but its your tuesday. And the fact that it is yours makes it a day to remember.

As we slide away from Covid spring and into summer. Consider your afternoon coffee. A pause in the thunder storm that busy spring days can be. Breaks are crucial. Pauses are crucial. Pausing longer than you are comfortable can also be crucial.

It's 2pm I'm in the midst of the rush of the day, my boss comes and tells me I absolutely can't do things the way I am doing them, I get a call from my family insisting I follow their advice on a current relationship, I want to hang out with friends and unwind but alas that choice is illegal. Did this all happen in the course of 1 hour?....to those dramatic hopefuls' out there... no, no it did not. However something did happen to me at 2pm. The thunderous voice in my head reminded me about everything that is not going my way.

Instead of arguing with the thunder in my head. I took a break with this gem. It didn't solve my problems, but it let me pause, appreciate the moment, and let the head storm pass.

Weaver'sCoffee&Tea Sumatra Blend. This Indonesian Sumatra volcano soil driven bean has a flavor of sweet, spicy, and floral with a full body of a brew. I recommend for entering an oasis on a thunderous afternoon.

Rediscover tea. Turmeric, Saffron, Ginger.

Tea is a medley of loose ingredients steeped together to bring out adversity of flavor. Picking up ingredients that are grown together as they are extracted in hot water and milk their essences swirl and molify each other.

Sound intriguing try Whole Food's "Pukka organic latte" mix perfect for an at home brew.

Sweeten your Golden milk up with some ginger Sugar crystals

Need and energy boost try adding a bit more Saffron
