Why Morning Noon and Night?
The Story
I spent almost a decade in the wine industry. From Washington wine region to Napa Valley. I have worked in the vines with farmers, in the cellar with winemakers, in the lab with enologists, in tastingrooms, wine clubs, and more. Wine opened the door to my fasination with flavor and its creation. It shocked me when I first discovered in moving to Napa Valley that flavor is considered third on the list of importantce when it comes to farming decsions. I walk into grocery stores and buy food that is farmed not for nutriant density, or flavor, but for profit. Certain products that is fine. But I want to consume food and beverage that has these three things.

Place
The environment plants are grown in. And how everything in that environment can potentially enliven the flavor I experience through my nose and tongue. The magic of sun, soil, water and season. The cultivation of the plant farmed. The farmers choice intentional techniques like, trellising, plucking time, and understory positioning.
Craft
The artistic handprint of a crafter, roaster, brewer, winemaker and what they do with mother natures bounty.
Access
Is it exclusive? Is it an underrated mass market wonder? Is it only sold online? At location? Or can I find it in the grocery store? The way this cultivated product has been positioned to access the consumer and why, adds an identity to the product itself. The value each product is set at and whether it is good? Access brings about industries.
